Party Outside My Window

Chairs, tents, and fans in my park. This can only mean one thing...A PARTY! I tried talking to my guard and gathered that this evening (about a week ago). Oh no. I'll never sleep. My park transformed into a party scene and I wasn't invited. The night was LOUD, but ended by 10 p.m. so I can't complain!
