Clean Your Ears!!!!

This past Friday, my kids decided not to listen. Not only was it the end of the week, but it also was Backwards Day! So, my kids were all worked up and wanted to do anything BUT listen to what the day held. That tends to be a bummer on my part and patience was starting to wear thin! It is fun to teach the upper grades in elementary school because I can be sarcastic. So I told my kids to please go clean their ears out during lunch. My little space cadet, who tends not to listen, wanted to know how he could clean out his ears. Unfortunately, he was not joking. Oh dear, all that sarcasm was a waste for this one. I told him not to worry about it and go to lunch. He skipped out happily and don't think he gave ear cleaning a second thought. Anyone have some cutips?
